Less Calories = Moodiness
Last week with the introduction of this challenge I stepped up my workouts and really paid attention to my caloric intake. Funnily enough, I noticed that I was suddenly moody. I like to think of myself as being a pretty happy person with few mood swings, so I really took note of this change. I don’t know what this says for how many calories I was taking in before but apparently there is a whole other level to the mental aspect of weight loss.
The hardest part is getting started. You have to suddenly think about every piece of food you put in your mouth and say no to many of the things you once enjoyed eatting everyday. This would make anyone moody, right?! I just didn’t think that I would literally feel crabby and lethargic when I decided it was time to get rid of the fat roll.
Here’s to hoping I can get through this phase of acclimating my body to taking in fewer calories! Leave comments and let me know if you’ve experienced this too…
