BFF Throwback
Jenni and I have been BFF’s practically since the day we met in 2001. It’s hard to believe we’ve known each other through college, Jenni’s wedding, post-college (when I moved to H-town for a while), the beginning of our career paths, and 8 years. We hang out so much that I am often referred to as Justin’s “other wife”. Poor Justin!
While looking through some old mystery photo cd’s, I came upon some pictures from Jenni and Justin’s wedding back in 2004. I wanted to share these with all of you because I am really proud of how far Jenni and I have come. While we look good in these pictures, we look even better now…5 years later.
Not only are we older and wiser, we’re healthier and fitter. Even though Jenni and I have different problem areas on our bodies, we’ve struggled together to get control of our eating habits and to stay motivated to be active. Funnily enough, even our roller coasters of good and bad weight times have paralleled each other.
I am so glad that we have each other, along with the fabulous Meredith and Kristine, to be there when we need encouragement and inspiration.
