A Little Something

Being that my weakness is sweets, I often find myself wanting “a little something” after every meal just to end it on a sweet note.  Today was no different. 

I was a good girl and ate a WW frozen dinner with hummus and carrot sticks on the side for lunch…but after I finished I wanted something to top it off from the sugar department. 

With my newfound ability to actually notice when I’m full, I realized that I really wasn’t hungry, my tastebuds (and my habitual desire for dessert) were speaking…not my stomach.  To curve this craving I decided to grab one of my trusty packets of Wyler’s Light Pink Lemonade mix and fix my self a tall glass of it.

I must say, this did the trick!  I got a little something sweet and it didn’t cost me any of my daily points budget because there is only 10 calories in a singles packet.  Woo hoo!
